Our Story
Founder Harry Munns spent two decades as an executive in an association of small and medium-sized businesses. Member businesses, consumers and others often brought disputes to the association for resolution. Throughout his career, Munns served on boards, panels and commissions, all of which adjudicated disputes. Harry Munns has completed training and certification administered by Dr. Benjamin J. Earwicker, J. D., Ph,D. and the Mediation Network of North America. This certification is accepted by Massachusetts, Rhode Island and 35 other states as qualification for civil and family/domestic mediation.
